The Horsham Open Padel League ("we", "us", "our") is an amateur padel league based in Horsham, West Sussex. We operate the website at horshampadel.org.

Your team name and playing format will be visible on the public fixtures and standings pages. Player names may be displayed in match results. Contact details are never published publicly.
We use third-party services to host our website and send email notifications. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by appropriate data processing agreements.
We may disclose your data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests from public authorities.
5. How long we keep your data
Team registration data is retained for the duration of the league season and for up to 12 months afterwards for administrative purposes.
If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so promptly unless we are required by law to retain it.
